Idk how good of actors they are but either one of Paul’s brothers could just play Brian without any digital trickery if they were able to actually act. They look enough like him that it wouldn’t be weird.

My favorite thing about this one was the meta joke that they're invincible. Even after the craziest stunts in all these movies, I was so flabbergasted that Roman didn't get shot in that first chase scene. Like he was surrounded by guns, standing still with no cover. I looked to my friends on my left and right and said that was ridiculous. LOL but I'm glad it looked that way to get the joke going.

 

Was really glad to see the Tokyo Drift crew show up again, and especially to see them at the traditional end of film BBQ. Really fun movie!

 

I loved this movie and loved being in a theater again. Cinema is back

I’ve got an imax showing at 7 pm, my first time back at the movies. Currently sitting in a brewery until it’s showtime. Salute mi familia

 

At some overpriced brewery when you should be drinking a Corona smh

I actually did get a corona to drink while watching this at the theater. As close as I could get to 4DX

 

I drank a corona before I left!

at my showing, everyone turned up with two bottles of corona each. there was lots of cheers-ing and raising glasses. was fun times

movie is still trash though

 

Movie is the complete opposite of trash.

I had an absolutely great time with this movie, even if there is a massive open question from the plot...which took me hours to realize...

What happened to Mr. Nobody?

the movie seemed to imply he died in the plane crash but I doubt he’s actually dead given this series’ history

 

I figured they just left it ambiguous to set up the plot for the next film

 

yeah he’ll definitely be back in the next one, I just think the movie sort of tries to want you to think he died in the crash so that it’s a “reveal” when he’s still alive in the next one

 

My god I just got out of this. So fun and ridiculous in the best way. A huge step up from F8 & Hobbs & Shaw
