I'm the same - thought it was fine but nothing spectacular besides the racing. No idea about the 'tactics' part of the driving and how realistic it was, but it was a good move theater experience.

I honestly think I liked the Gran Turismo movie more. It didn't have the wow factor of F1 cars, but I felt it had a better story and more likeable characters and relationships.

 

TBH, the movie is much more exciting than watching the real thing on TV; most of the time its just "follow the leader", with only a few positional changes throughout each race. It only gets crazy/interesting once its starts raining. Much better product is the WEC (World Endurance Championship)

 

Watching F1 is kinda boring but the Netflix show is fun.

This was so loud, which makes it sense since it's for people with hearing loss
