The bloopers added at the end of the re-release were hilarious.

 

I finally watched this and thought it was really wonderful! Impressed that they managed to pull this off, and having gone in blind other than the general hype, I was surprised and delighted that JLC was in this!

What's the benefit of getting the Criterion collection version of a newer release over the standard 4k version? I know for older films they do restorations, color grading, and etc. Is it just the collectors edition aspect, and extras?

 

I don't think this is likely to get a Criterion release. Uncut Gems is the only A24 Criterion and I think that's more of a Safdie thing than a Criterion.
