Everybody's Live with John Mulaney (Netflix) TV Show

Premiering tonight at 10PM EST and 7PM PST. First run will be live every Wednesday for the next 12 weeks.

tonight's episode will be Michael Keaton, Joan Baez, Fred Armisen, and Cypress Hill.

 

This is fun so far. I feel like this format would be better with guests who are more comfortable and natural at riffing though.

 

Man this audience is not feeling it so far. Not a lot of big laughs.

 

Thought Fred armisen was funny. The calls seem fake lol

 

Likely prepped and produced, but not fake.

 

This Death Of A Salesman bit is great, but I feel like this too esoteric humor for most people watching

 

Show was good and funny. Not as good as the original episodes from last year.

I never even got around to watching Everybody's in LA so I think I'm gonna watch all of those first and then get caught up on this

 

Oooh.... I wasnt keen on the format of the last one, would have liked to have more Michael Keaton - and thats a lot of people to talk to - and the nhear Kim Deal/Kim Gordon? Did they collaborate on something?

Hoping the 2nd week was better (for me) than the first.

Kim and Kim singing together will be nice to see/hear

Show is fun

 

Kim Gordon rocks so hard at age 71

 

Kim/KIm were great.

But to me, the show isnt what I expected. Wanda Sykes seemed like she didn't want to be there at all.

If Bill Hader is next week, it could be entertaining.... I give it a chance, and watch it weekly the next day or 2 - but I never make it through the whole show.
