I think New Junk, Big Dirty, and Low Teens are my favorite records, but I enjoy them all. Gutter or LNIT are probably my least favorites.
I just listened to Gutter Phenomenon all the way through and it's taken every ounce of will power to refrain from contorting my body in muscle-tearing, bone-breaking ways in this public library.
I listened to Gutter Phenomenon this past weekend. It was the album that got me into them, but once TBD came out I considered that better in every way. It still is, but there are a lot of great tracks on GP.
INRIhab is easily one of their best tracks. I also really liked Rendezvoodoo at the time, not sure how people feel about that one
Gutter Phenomenon still has my favorite ETID songs. Pretty Dirty, L'Astronaut, Guitarred and Feathered, Kill the Music. All good shit. The album is just dripping with this real cool attitude that I don't find on their other albums. Yeah the production is different, but that helps it stand out for me.
Gutter set in stone this party band swagger image that you don't get so much from their later albums. Also had the best features out of any of their albums.
This. I listened to it for the first time in a while time recently and had forgotten just how mean it is. My list would go: From Parts Unknown Ex Lives Hot Damn! The Big Dirty Low Teens New Junk Aesthetic Gutter Phenomenon Last Night In Town
Every time I get a notification from this thread, I feel like I have to listen to ETID. The best problem to have.
So I can't have been the only one to throw money at one of the amazing posters on Jordan's website right
He does some great stuff. Haven't bought any because posters are a hard expense to justify at this point but I'd get one
Yea it's a pretty penny but I really love it, before when they were showing the parts of it off for the tour with Wage War and '68 I thought "Man I wish that was just a full poster" and then they answered my wishes. I ended up getting the Earth Tones one, it was a hard decision between that and Blue and Pink.
Dates are starting to leak out for an October tour, finally seeing them in MT. Guessing a smaller market tour since they are coming here and playing a bar...knocked up and hollow earth supporting
