I feel like andy and jordan are musical soul mates it isn't the same without them together

 

All of this talk makes me want to revisit the HateFiveSix recordings of ‘Tid the Season 2019. Perfect sets at their peak. Its unreal how good they were live.

 

Watched this whole set today. Chills in spots. Biggest band breakup bummer of my life.

Low Teens is gonna turn 10 in September. Having a tough time getting around that one, but goddamn I remember hearing “Glitches” for the first time and thinking “I’m 1000% sold on this album already.” Pretty cool of them to have the rest of the album be stupidly great.

 

I remember thinking Low Teens was their best album.

Can't believe just a few short years later they'd release an even better one. Fuck.

 

I miss this band so much every damn day.

 

I miss them but they blew up so hard and Keith went so far off the rails I don't know how I would feel about them getting back together. I'm sure if they were on good terms I'd come around, but this weirdly felt like a betrayal to the fans to me when it all went down.

 

It is the most brutal / most unfriendly breakup that I can think of. Aside from the Jane’s addiction guys recently fighting each other on stage.

 

I understand that getting sober and maintaining sobriety is often a struggle, and wanting to remove oneself from situations where drinking may be happening is sometimes necessary. Mad respect to anyone who has been able to overcome that struggle. But Keith’s characterization of the other members’ partying habits seemed way overblown. And touring separately from the rest of the band/crew is never a good sign.

I still return to Radical on runs a fair amount. still unfortunately a perfect soundtrack for our "every single new development feels horrible" era.

 

Radical still rips. And if Oasis could figure it out.

 

I could see them gritting their teeth through a reunion tour for cash somewhere down the line if someone adds enough zeroes, but new music under that name seems to me out of the question forever

 

I remembered seeing this interaction Jordan had with someone a few months ago, and it sounds like they’re not even remotely close to patching things up, if ever.

It's hard to say a band is done but they are 105% done

 

holy hell I didn’t see that one. Yea that’s no hope for at least a decade, if ever.

 

the history of punk teaches us that a b(r)and can always be revived in horrible new forms if the stars align and enough parties are desperate. to paraphrase a wise man, some things belong dead.

 

I remain confident they'll be back at some point. Now sure, it's clear both parties still hate each other and it hasn't been long enough for them to work towards patching things up. Let's see what the vibes are in 4/5 years

edit: Though Jordan's tweet alludes to something way more severe regarding Keith, but idk what anyone is supposed to read into it
