I think Low Teens is objectively the best too, but nostalgia is gonna nostalgia so I’m sticking with <awful and wrong opinion redacted>
LOL ok you are a braver person than I. It’s a tie between gutter and ex lives for me. It was Hot Damn! originally but the novelty wore off after 20 years LOL
New Junk is the one that got me really into them. Before I was more of a casual fan, but when New Junk came out I was hooked.
From Parts Unknown, Ex Lives and Low Teens in that order Ex Lives has grown on me super hard over the last year but FPU is just a catalogue of GOAT ETID songs imo
Personally, I think that The Big Dirty is the most balanced and would probably be included along with FPU and either Hot Damn or Low Teens for me but dammit idk I honestly love Ex Lives hard
I love each and every ETID record in its own special way and love the band a concerning amount. My wife often says my life is like a museum of ETID memorabilia with all the random flags, pins, patches, buttons, shirts I have. But I think, gun to my head, my list would be as follows: God Tier: 1. Low Teens 2. From Parts Unknown 3. Ex Lives First Tier: 1. Big Dirty 2. Gutter Phenomenon 3. Hot Damn First Tier (extended): 1. Last Night in Town 2. New Junk Aesthetic And honestly, the lower two tiers are more of a difference of how much replay they get, since there's so much nostalgia or feelings or whatever attached to all their releases.
I honestly barely listen to low teens ever... maybe I have to revisit it (same for from parts unknown)
If any of you haven't been tuning into the Hard Times Stream, Keith has been teasing some new songs in the background every once in awhile. The last one he teased sounded amazing
