Remember when Jordan played the riff from Map Change for like 12 minutes at their last WT set

I'm sure this is just a 16 track album that will be probably 50-55 minutes which isn't that far from normal, but will warrant a double LP. Low Teens deluxe is also 49 mins

 

I want those 16 tracks + the bsides + a card with a link to an ARG in which you unlock secret riffs from Jordan and Andy as you go

 

This is also the longest they have gone without releasing an album in their entire history, they are jam packed full of riffs. 16 tracks is how it SHOULD be.

This Damned Things record is fun. Never got around to it when it was released.

Bummer. Thinking there’s no point in releasing an album if you can’t tour doesn’t make sense to me. I know it’s sucks but come on.

I guess they can hold out as long as they can and release it when they’re really out of cash.

 

Release it now and start writing again (I know, that’s so easy to do).

 

Unfortunate but I get it

 

Would like to see maybe a separate EP of covers or unrelated new tunes they could write not for the album to be released. Think that would be a cool route to take.

 

I get pushing it back, but also I don't fully get it. C'est la vie

 

Heavy bummer. I do hope and wish we could get something in the inbetween. I mean a single would be cool I guess but almost a reminder of how far away the rest of the tunes from that batch would be. I agree that some sort of EP would be ideal, whether that be covers or b-sides or something.

 

i mean people are gonna be so stoked when we can go back to shows, i feel like they'd sell out regardless but i understand, it's their decision.
