Dude prefers the newer stuff, big deal. I’m sure they’re just as happy to have him as a fan as anyone else.
Hard to fill a set when you have 8 albums. That being said I feel like they pull from the same 3 or 4 songs from each album. Idiot and Just As Real need to be thrown into mix.
They could do a set with opener and closer for most albums and that would be amazing. I just like sets when they have “New Black” and/or “Bored Stiff” for the early stuff.
Although most of us disagree I still bet he could come up with a 20 song set post ex-lives and would still be legit
Idiot Bimbos Partying Is Such Sweet Sorrow Glitches Two Summers Overstayer Holy Book of Dilemma Just As Real It Remembers Pelican of the Desert If There’s Room To Move Revival Mode The Coin Has A Say Old Light I Suck Blood Decayin With The Boys Saturnalia Drag King Encore: The Great Secret Map Change the fucking crazy thing is I’m still looking at this and thinking “man I’m leaving a lot of good stuff out”
They could play their entire discography and I’d still feel they left something out. Like damn, I wish they would have played Idiot twice.
Tbf it's nowhere near the full lineup yet, I'd say it's probably just under a third of it and there's still 2 headliners to be announced, by the time the full lineup is out it usally ends up being a good mix of indie, rock, punk, hardcore and a little bit of metal. Anyways to me it's a pretty good announcement already, I'd happily watch Therapy?, WSS, Jamie Lenman, Comback Kid, Milk Teeth, Nervus, Mol, Higher Power, Loathe and Gouge Away.
Orchards, Martha, Muncie Girls and Single Mothers are also great. First announcements for festivals are rarely that good
The headline is a little misleading, but this is funny: Did TAYLOR SWIFT Quote EVERY TIME I DIE On Her Album, 1989?
Michael Hudson teased their next tour on the Chapo stream last night. Didn't give any details really but lead me to believe they're opening for another enormous act possibly in arenas.
