I'd say top 3 are Low Teens, From Parts Unknown and I used to say New Junk, but I think Big Dirty takes the cake now. Very close though
"This labyrinth that we're puzzled by is nothing but a straight line, But sometimes those are even harder to navigate" Love that line.
Ask 100 people you'll get 100 different answers. Just a testament to how great their entire discography is.
Best album is Low Teens, favorite album is The Big Dirty, heaviest album is From Parts Unknown, most influential/important is Hot Damn, most well rounded is New Junk, most consistent is Ex Lives, most underrated is Last Night in Town, and best for introductions is Gutter
That's funny considering both bands played here at seperate clubs directly next door to each other this past Wednesday.
Yup. Directly next door to the Bomb Factory. If my memory serves me correctly, Canton Hall is in the old Deep Ellum Live building.
I see a lot of folks posting their top albums. I made a poll! Weekly Poll: Favorite Every Time I Die Album • forum.chorus.fm
The Damned Things are playing a festival in Jacksonville in May. Going to be interesting to see to what extent they’re touring.
I'd imagine they maybe play a bunch of the big rock festivals and tour throughout them? I doubt ETID tours until Fall
Well damn. I'm guessing/hoping this means they'll have new music out by then, since it's been so long since they've played a show. What's the festival called? EDIT: Never mind, found it... it's Welcome to Rockville. As far as I can tell this will be their first show since 2011...? Definitely think new music is coming. Welcome To Rockville
Welcome to Rockville is the fest. They've supposedly had material recorded dating back all the way to late 2016. I imagine they've just been waiting for everyone's schedule to align so they can do a proper tour around a new release. Trying to schedule around everyone else's projects (ETID, Anthrax, FOB, Volbeat, etc.) has got to be a nightmare.
