Hadn’t heard of Knocked Loose until I saw them open for ETID and I thought they were dreadfully boring.
I think ETID/Four Year Strong has happened at some point, but that with Counterparts and someone more post-hardcore like Movements or Trophy Eyes would be unbelievable.
Knocked Loose is a band that's way too reliant on breakdowns for me to really be into, but some of the guitar leads have an old-school death metal influence, and I'd be interested to hear them with production that's less uh, overproduced
I feel like for all the bad tours they do, they'll occasionally have a really awesome lineup. If I could go back and see that tour they did with Cave In and From Autumn To Ashes, oh man
I don't get Trophy Eyes. The first song on their album is a perfect 10 but everything after that doesn't click with me.
The only time I’ve seen them, somehow, was with Ghost Inside; Architects, Hundredth, and Backtrack or Turnstile, can’t remember the last one. Was a pretty good lineup. Awful how tragedy has struck the first two bands
Words can’t express the hole the death of Tom Searle has left in the world. I think about him every day.
Even though it didn't come near me I think the ETID, The Chariot, letlive. tour is one of their best packages
I personally am liking their new album. Some songs are ehh, and yet again my favorites are the opener and closer.
My personal favorite ETID tour that I ever got to see, but then again, I have shitty taste: Old school ETID tours that I wish I would have seen: ETID/Misery Signals/Remembering Never/ (fucking) My Chemical Romance/Underoath (on some dates instead of Mis Sigs) (Fall 2002): ETID, Misery Signals, Remembering Never tour American Nightmare/Every Time I Die/Hope Conspiracy/Suicide File/(fucking) My Chemical Romance (Spring 2003): Give Up The Ghost, Every Time I Die tour ETID/Black Dahlia Murder/As I Lay Dying/Scarlet (Spring 2004): Every Time I Die, Black Dahlia Murder, etc. tour Dillinger Escape Plan/ETID/Misery Signals/Zao (Fall 2004): DEP, Misery Signals, ETID, Zao tour ETID/High on Fire/Red Chord/The Chariot (Fall 2004); ETID, High On Fire, The Red Chord, etc. tour Bleeding Through/ETID/Between the Buried and Me/Haste the Day (Winter 2006): Every Time I Die, Bleeding Through, etc. tour
So incredibly sad. I missed Architects / ETID play in Nottingham because of an overturned alcohol truck on the M62 back in 2013. That would've been my only chance to see him play.
the tour with Alexisonfire, Cancer Bats and Attack In Black would have been fucking incredible but alas it was in Canada and alas I was 10
