Gutter was the album that got me into them and remains still a big one for me, but honestly I fucking love Radical and Low Teens
Radical > Low Teens > From Parts Unknown > Hot Damn After that it gets hard for me to rank because they're all so good
I think Radical, The Big Dirty, and New Junk Aesthetic are my top 3. Could swap New Junk Aesthetic with Low Teens depending on the day, the former is the one that got me into them though so I’ll always hold a soft spot for it.
Low Teens for me. Love how much people dig Radical. It didn’t resonate with me as much, but that’s rad how many people consider them going out on their best record
I've probably posted this before, but the first show I ever saw was The Wonder Years, Polar Bear Club(!), Four Year Strong, and Every Time I Die in like 2010. That show and NJA got me into heavy music and I was lucky enough to get a CD signed by the band. I still listen to two of those bands and it's not the pop-punk ones, lol.
Randomly put on NJA in the car today. Radical is prob narrowly their best over Low Teens, but Low Teens will always be my fave
It's always been NJA, Ex Lives, and The Big Dirty for me, but that's also about when I got into the band. I'm excited to revisit Gutter Phenomenon for the first time in a long time. Weirdly, I was never able to get into Hot Damn! early on, which I know is a fan favorite, but I'm guessing my tastes have matured since high school.
