Haha, Ok. I literally just said I don't know him personally and that I'm not his friend. I'm not 'hopping onto chorus.fm' to do anything, it's a site I frequent daily and go through the forums the same as you all do. You all understand how twitter works, right? I can put out public messages (or private if I choose) and you can respond to me if I allow it. He put out a lot of public statements, and I responded to most of them with support and one of them with a slightly oppositional opinion, as is my right. I don't think I know him personally and I'm not talking to him about personal shit.

IT'S NOT EVEN ANTI-KEITH!! I still have love for Keith and wish him the best, but It caught me off guard the extent to which a lot of the bans were going (most of it happening at the hands of discord mods). I messaged him through patreon and got it worked out so I still support him, even. I just stated an experience I had with his shit-posting and blocking.

 

I don't think mescalineeyes has even been 100% anti-keith, he's just posted some very realistic points of view (I'm not getting into a conversation about mental health, paranoia, etc.)

 

I am 100% pro Keith I hate it when daddies are fighting, I literally just praised his shitposting, which in my world is a nice skill to have.

to be fair of all people he kinda has every right to be, but I already apologized and he said he'd leave the thread so at this point I don't fucking know.

I don’t have any more or less of a right to get mad at anything but for a split second people were actually talking about music and not whatever the fuck this is so I was posting again, apparently I see my mistake so next time someone DM’s me complaining about someone’s posts in this thread I’ll go ahead and just ignore them so I don’t have to see it for myself

 

I think Radical is my favorite. The back half is a little bloated but I’ve listened all the way thru everyday since it came out.

 

not a complaint. Just think it could be trimmed by ~3 songs and be a more concise record.

maybe it’s just sexsexsex and the double closer that makes it feel loooong

 

It certainly could have some editing, really don’t like Sexsexsex

I felt the same way when I took a break from listening to it.
But coming back I'm like no all of this is needed.
If it helps, I think the issue is that it is a double album but digitally it doesn't get split

 

I still listen to this album daily, however:

- I skip the 3 pre-release tracks (this one’s on me, I overplayed them to hell and back, especially AWOL)

- I removed Planet Shit (don’t like it) and Thing With Feathers (love it but ruins the vibe and flow for me)

- I don’t think I ever made it past People Verses. I have no idea if the last song is good or not.

all in all this is their best album since Gutter but it doesn’t have the absurd highs of other albums, but is way more consistent.

 

lol so you listen to just over half of the album, daily.

to be fair I'm a very fickle listener and by my standards that's a lot.

 

The last song is good.
