Instrumentally I love the song, but Keiths vocals are top notch on it. He pulls off some pretty new screams in it.
Is it just me or is the breakdown to Just As Real pretty similar to the breakdown at the end of Bored Stiff. Love both songs lol
That riff during the "Let there be shade. Un-illuminate." section of "Just As Real..." is so damn good. I can't get it out of my head.
I'm trying to get over the drum production. That sound has always been a deal breaker but I like ETID too much to back out on the second track.
I can't think of a beefier sounding southern riff than the one in just as real. I get goosebumps every time I hear it.
Reminds me of the end of Cities and Years which i always thought they should play more because that breakdown is heavy af.
That Cities and Years breakdown is so damn heavy. I wanna go all Limp Bizkit and break stuff when I listen to it.
It's honestly amazing to me that Andy and Jordan are still writing the best riffs of their career. They have never once slacked in the riff department over the course of eight albums.
never mind, just found it. i'll copy it in. Petal Glitches C++ (Love Will Get You Killed) Underwater Bimbos from Outer Space Thirst Decayin' With the Boys Fear and Trembling Awful Lot We'rewolf Floater Ebolarama The Coin Has a Say It Remembers No Son of Mine Map Change -did not expect to see Petal as the first song -did expect to see Map Change as the last song -will be supremely bummed if they dont play Just As Real on this run
it seems that they sacrificed everything from new junk and gutter phenom for more new songs, which selfishly i am okay with, considering how much i have been loving low teens
Really want to go see them now for this set, but there's just soooo many other shows right now and I am not a fan of any of the other bands on this bill.
The lack of new junk songs is a little upsetting but like most have said because the low teens songs are that good I'm okay with it. I hope they play cult on this tour at some point though.
Yeah think I'll just wait for a headliner tour. Set looks great, but don't care for anyone else on the bill.
They are headlining tonight in Madison (off-date from the Beartooth tour). It'll be my first time seeing them. Very pumped for the show.
Really going all Low Teens. They're missing a lot of great tunes, but good for them for playing the new stuff they want.
