Who pays for these miss prints when this happens? I'm assuming the pressing plants. I've been affected by ETID and the RelientK vinyl this year.
I'd assume it's the label since they approved a test press with two whole songs missing. I think that happened with a a La Dispute record I ordered. Messaged the guy from No Sleep and he was just like yeah....that was my bad haha. Sent me a free replacement when they got it repressed so that was cool.
ETID has such a knack for creating music that is crushingly heavy while maintaining a strong element of catchiness and melody. It's so easy for parts of all of these songs to get stuck in my head for hours on end.
Keith's wife and baby almost died during premature childbirth. a lot of this album is keith's feelings while in the hospital
This album's a fucking blast. For some reason I never got into From Parts Unknown, but this is turning me back onto them
Listening to this album has made me really want to see them in December but I think the London date is sold out :(
The album I got was a digipak, so it folded out to show the lyrics, but no artwork besides the cover. Not sure about other versions
I went to both Best Buy and Target yesterday to buy a gift and decided to see if Low Teens was on display. Negative for both stores =\ But of course they had that fuckin Crown the Empire record. Guess because it was release day they didn't get to it yet maybe.
Map Change is so good! Perfect closer to the record. As always though with Every Time I Die, the bonus tracks are amazing.
The plants pressing thousands of copies of a dozen other albums at the same time. They sent a test, the label approved, they went ahead with production. As far as the plant is concerned they made what ththey label wanted them to make.
Where would you all say that ETID 2.0 started, NJA or Ex Lives? I feel like NJA is different from what came before it but Ex Lives really took the intensity and experimentation further than any album before it.
