I think the past few weeks haven been sponsored by Epitaph bands. Decedents, and Touche Amore off the top of my head.

Isnt this listening party sponsored by VICE? Maybe we will get a stream of the show. How sick would that be? I am totally setting myself up for disappointment when they dont stream it haha

 

Very true. Would be cool to have them sponsored. Yeah a live stream of the show would be rad but would probably set the album up for disappointment because ETID live>ETID on record.

 

Yeah, but, ETID Live>ETID on record>ETID Live on Youtube lol. I am sure that they wont care if someone in the audience records some of it, so I guarantee we will hear some new stuff soon.

 

Fuck, I had a feeling this would happen when they said on the pudcast 'the whole band will be there'. I live in Buffalo but I'm a wedding photographer...not a job I can skip out on or I get sued haha.

 

Yeah that's a bummer, but you get to be an important part of someones special day. So that counts for something. That must be a stressful, but pretty rewarding job.

 

With Low Teens just a week away, this anticipation and news is really exciting- one of those few bands over the years who has really truly earned all of this. It's an excruciating wait, but it's a lot of fun.

And I'm glad my post brought up some Chariot discussion, cause to me, there's never enough great conversations to have about them. Aside from the house show they played in Perth, Australia, this was always my favorite live video of theirs. The first five minutes alone is a perfect snapshot of the chaos that was their live show.

 

Fuckin love it. I always wanted to play bass for the chariot

 

Seriously, how fun does that look? When Wolf left, I wanted to learn how to play bass just to be a part of all that, haha.

Man they gave a huge shoutout to Halifax and Eastern Canada on the Pudcast. Wish I was living there at the time to see that show.

 

Last time I saw the Chariot my friend who is a die hard fan caught the bass and played a whole song. He also slammed his head on the edge of the stage out of excitement which was like whoa dude take it easy.

 

Another Pudcast reference, huge LOL at Andy busting that kid's chops who did guest vox for them in Kansas when Keith was out last fall.

 

Holy fuck they're performing it? I thought it was just a listening party. Sorry for all those that can't go. I'd say I'll comment on the show as it goes on, but I'm sure it'll be just be variations of "OH FUCK" or "JIZZZZZZZZ"

 

Just give us a rundown after the show. Or film th ewhole thing in HD your pick. Either way, have fun! Haha

 

Goddamnit, they are going to have 100 copies of Low Teens for sale tomorrow. We are getting this album tomorrow. They have to stream it since it's gonna leak after the show...

As much as I would love that, I'm still working on digesting Against Me!, Cymbals Eat Guitars, and Touche Amore. I almost need another week before this.




But if it leaks it's not like I'm going to wait, either.

This situation makes it suck that like, oh shit I live in New York! Oh wait yeah I'm on the complete south side nearer NYC and Buffalo is like 6-7 hours north. In general it's better to be where I am because fuck Northern New York but in this one specific instance it's fuckin brutal.

 

Thank you! Seeing her live last night was magical. I've been on a Sprained Ankle kick for the past week or so in preparation and I'm just over the moon for it. And my god, shes such a kind person.

the chariot are in my top 5 along with ETID miss them so much
