ABR's Constellations for me for favorite metalcore album. Absolute ripper instrumentally and one that keeps me honest as a guitarist lol.
One Wing was phenomenal. They went out on top, and never released a bad album. Seeing the Chariot live is one of my favorite experiences
The Unsung EP still holds a very very dear place in my heart. Probably my personal favorite but it's mostly because of nostalgia.
Sure. It's their best, imo, but you can listen to any of them really. The first one is super raw though.
I don't think so. I think that's the consummation of all their other great albums. I would go Unsung EP then go to either The Fiancee or Wars and Rumors of Wars. It's all great man if you enjoy their sound and Scogins vocals.
I never could really get into them unfortunately. I love ETID and other similar acts, but The Chariot never struck a chord with me. Albeit, I never really gave them much of a chance, so I think I should listen to at least one full album.
Now that I think about it, they shouldn't be grouped together. ETID are super heavy rock, but The Chariot is way more experimental and chaotic like Dillinger Escape Plan or The Locust.
Hard to pick but this is definitely my favorite Chariot song. The last minute is just everything that heavy music should be.
I dont have money for that right now! WHY?!?! I'm just buying the album day 1 at Best Buy like a goddamn neanderthal.
the chariot is pretty good but some of their stuff hasnt held up as well as i wish it would have. namely one wing, dont think that album is as good as i thought it was when it came out.
Maybe that's why The Chariot never connected with me. I have the same issue with Dillinger and Converge. I want to like all 3 bands, but I've yet to hear anything that's grabbed me. That being said, I'm probably gonna go see DEP in November so I can witness their live show before it's too late.
Wow, they are performing Low Teens in its entirety tomorrow at the listening party. First time I've ever said this... Fuck living in Texas
