Essentials- Top 15

Anyone who uses Apple Music is aware of their ‘Essentials’ playlists they create, which is a playlist of the essential songs for someone to listen to to get the feeling of the best a band or artist has to offer. So I came up with the idea of having a ‘Top 15 Essentials’ thread.

Post your favorites’ 15 essential songs you’d show someone trying to get into that band. Don’t agree with someone’s list? Post your own and explain why. Feel free to discuss your playlist as well.

tried to cover the various styles The Cure have touched, from gloomy to psychedelic to pop to rock and also include some non-album tracks to show that theres quality material outside of the main discography.

 

This is a pretty damn good list if I’m being honest

 

thanks! it was fun to put together. The Cure have such a large and eclectic discog it can be challenging to get into
