My exact reaction. I was trying to listen a lot closer and was thinking they just added her on harmonies or something lol.

 

Could have been a way better feature but still one of the best songs of the year imo

edit: also turns out these arent songs cut from the s/t sessions, but songs they recorded in late 2020/early 2021 when rolling out s/t

 

Jesus christ this song takes all of the best moments from Self-titled and throws them into 5 minutes. That chorus is so powerful

 

Vanish Canvas is still their best song but Nigh certainly proves they have so much more left in the tank

 

Haven’t cared for erra much before but halfway through this and it’s so good!

don't think i've ever been this excited for a tour. so stoked to see a proper headlining set from these dudes, as well both invent animate and thornhill for the first time
