I'm pretty disappointed that Ryan and Brian still haven't released any sort of response to all of this. I get that they want to prevent this from getting real ugly, but to not say anything in the past 2 days just makes it seem like they don't care. Maybe its a bit soon still, but I really expected more.
The fact that the two of them never clearly stated before tickets went on sale for these shows that it's the two of them still upsets me. Marketed as EOTC even after tickets went up. Now I figured it was the two of them even before Sal confirmed, but it's just so lame.
What song is that?? Huh?? Nothing to be Gained Here came very close for me. I miss NK. I was thinking they would continue after getting a chance to open for FOB but they went inactive very soon after.
Definitely about TWLOHA, but yeah one of the guys from the band got into it really bad with Jason on the site years ago. Pretty certain it was after Lowcountry though.
Ahhhh now I finally get what that line means. I love that song so much. I wonder why they chose to slam that?
I actually listened to it again today and it's pretty much tied for me with Lowcountry. Easily beats Lucy Gray.
Awesome that you two really enjoy NTBGH. I want to like that record, but I could never enjoy NK nearly as much as EOTC.
I don't even know about TWLOHA to make any judgement but I'm glad I know what that line means haha Thanks!
Can someone give me the breakdown of post-EOTC stuff? Ryan (vocals) and Brian (guitar) were/are part of NK, and Ryan alone was Quiett Dog? What are the other projects?
Sal and Dan do Heavy English that's actually fantastic but I've been waiting on a record since 2013. They have only put out two songs since but still insist a record is on the way.
We spoke about NGHBRS earlier in this thread so I thought this should go here. Ian Kenny explains the status of NGHBRS and his new project King Neptune. 05: ‘Live In The Chinese Factory’, with guest Ian Kenny — Variable Bitrate — Overcast
