Steve do you have a Project Management Professional (PMP) cert from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and if not do you want to do the course with me i’m bad at self motivating

 

In my case it's a little different because we don't produce 90% of the films, we acquire finished films, so I'm not managing the creation of the movie exactly but I'm managing the product/project that we acquire through release. So while I am project managing the movie, it's post creation, does that make sense at all?

I should take more courses to be honest, it's always lower on my to do list though
