As someone who enjoys a sappy romantic comedy, I was kind of looking forward to “A Big Bold Beautiful Journey.” The reviews are not great. Hoping maybe “Him” is decent. At the very least, we won’t have to see either of those trailers again after Thursday.
him looks pretty cool, and im not usually a fan of sports movies unless theyre really different (challengers). peele as a producer has been solid so far i think
I think a big bold beautiful journey looks terrible and I’ll be happy to never see the trailer again.
Thanks for this. Definitely going to go check that out. Saw it opening weekend in 3D and haven't watched it since but just watched Forever a month ago so I'm feeling it right now. Had no idea they were doing 15th anniversary screenings.
Honestly, it is a strange enough premise that it could work. I'm a bit burnt out on Jack Black and the Rudd schtick doesn't always hit for me, but I am intrigued. Steve Zahn rocks and I like watching him.
Just a heads up.. the Together for Palestine benefit concert at Wembley Arena in London is being professionally live streamed later on Brian Eno's YouTube at 7pm UK time for anyone who wants to watch it live or hopefully it will still be available to watch on replay https://www.youtube.com/live/RWBVHFv-UqM?si=M7s6ybtukKFhqext
Loading up the hard drive for a three-night spa stay. Eddington, I Know What You Did Last Summer, The Materialists, Warfare, Opus, and Highest 2 Lowest. Anything else come out recently on VOD that I need to add?
