I only wear Birkenstocks except twice a year: prom and graduation. I have had to cut down on the Mountain Dew because my doctor says my sugar is too high but when we were in college I used to mix vodka with Mountain Dew and called it a dewdriver. I genuinely believed I was the first person to come up with the drink until I saw someone else do it years later. I tried beer twice in my life and it was disgusting. People tell me you have to get used to the taste but I suppose you could get used to having your fingernails pulled out if they did it to you enough.
You just need better beer, if you only tried it twice it was probably shitty macro lagers, it's like having McDonald's twice and thinking you don't like burgers
I remember trying to get into wine and then realizing it tastes bad and it is for people putting on airs. Water or Gatorade or soda is superior.
It's mostly about how we're so used to our drinks being blasted with so much sugar that the first time you try a carbonated beverage without it your pallate doesn't know how to process. Same reason when you were a kid and were accidentally served club soda it made you gag. Maybe that last part is just me and Axel Foley.
Reading Last Action Hereoes and I'm starting to believe the rumor that Steven Seagal becoming a star was the result of a She's All That-style bet between Michael Ovitz and his other high-powered agent friends.
The only beer I actively avoid/dislike is Blue Moon. Otherwise I’ll probably drink anything I’m offered.
Looking at seat maps around here it seems to be still doing significantly better than movies in their first week.
Didnt drink beer in my 20s, used to stick to rum/bourbon and coke but if i have 3 the sugar makes me sick so now I get doubles and mix in beers if cocktails arnt an option Did have to try different beers to find the ones I dont hate
My college roommate would drink jagermeister and Mountain Dew and would call it a mountain meister. It was disgusting.
I’m too old for shots. A green tea shot once a year is a nice little treat. Maybe a 151 floater on a frozen drink down the shore. We make lemoncello but I prefer to sip than shoot.
