most of the time these days i'm watching YouTube on my TV or browser in the background while i work. desktop is easy to cover with ad blockers (assuming YouTube doesn't try to disable them), but there's not really a good way to do it on your TV unless you a) sideload a cracked version of the app or an alternative client (which is generally susceptible to YouTube patching any exploits used to bypass their own systems), or b) try blocking ads at the network level, and where i live now, i don't have the means to do that with my Internet.
There are definitely plenty of ad free YouTube clones on Android TV, but yeah, YT Premium is too convenient to work across all of my devices.
it's also not as accessible of a feat for those with more locked down operating systems, so i can't really blame anyone for paying for it.
YouTube Premium family plan also supports your favourite YouTube content creators more than Adblockers
at the same time, i also get that price point not being accessible for the average YouTube user. just wish it was easier to get around it on all operating systems.
I had already heard about him working on KOTFM. I know that the Coen Bros used to punch up scripts too.
Knocking a couple of big De Palmas off my list. Watched Carlito's Way recently and doing Dressed to Kill tonight.
