If you try to view it more as an artistic expression by the filmmaker and not a traditional “story” then it may click more for you

No matches for 4/4 or 3/4 but I haven’t logged into letterboxd in a long time and should probably replace First Cow because I might be the only person who put that in their top 4. Appears that there are no other Holiday (1938) heads either.
I am watching 8 Mile and Michael Shannon just showed up as Eminem's mother's boyfriend. I had no idea he was active that long ago. He looks the same age as Eminem.
I never finished it (wife got bored, other shows got in the way) but enjoyed many things about it while watching. But it never really stole my heart the way other shows have done. I'd still like to finish it one day.
Very good. Iirc, S2 was a bit slow week to week because it was a lot of set up for things to come, but it didn't bother me when I was able to binge it on a rewatch. The final season is a masterpiece imo
