Kinda shocked Lethal Weapon 1 or 2 didn’t make that LA list. I know Gibson is a scumbag but it’s hard to deny how fun those movies are, also I think The Wood should be on there but given that it’s a black coming of age type movie that didn’t quite make it out of containment to white america in a wide spread way, I get it.
Fight Club was supposed to be filmed here since it’s set here but the state govt wouldn’t let them because they didn’t want the actual Wilmington skyline blown up at the end lol…so dumb. Dead Poets Society prob the best one filmed here. Filmed at an actual boarding school in the state. The Village was also filmed around the border with PA
Unfortunately no - my wife and I simply recognized it the first time we went in there and googled it. Evidently the owner gave his blessing to do the prank in there (staff not clued in though), so you would think there’d be some kind of homage. Maybe they don’t want to invite any copycats
In the Tampa Bay area? There isn't many to choose from. We got Cocoon, Spring Breakers, Edward Scissorhands, Magic Mike, and the 2004 Punisher movie. Also the lion scene in Goodfellas was shot at our zoo.
No Sudden Death? One of my favorite Van Dammes as a kid I gotta imagine that movie has a big cult following in Pittsburgh
