I liked the Chevy Chase doc. At least it wasn’t a total puff piece like pretty much every other comedian/celebrity documentary.
I assume so. I just signed up at previewfreemovies.com a while back and periodically they'll send email invites to see movies a few days or a week ahead of time. I havent been to one in years because I have A-List, they fill up fast and you have to arrive like an hour ahead of time. But when I saw they were screening this and it wasn't full yet, I jumped on it.
Back in 2007 I had an invitation to an early screening of The Diving Bell and Butterfly. I drove over an hour and a half to get there but when we got there they said it was full. I never tried it again.
I did a few probably 10+ years ago but having to get there super early to get a seat wasn’t worth it.
New M. Night is based on the book he co-wrote with Nicholas Sparks. My wife got it for me for Christmas, I'm excited to crack it open next.
I was part of the test audience for Hot Tub Time Machine 2. I never watched it when it officially came out, but I remember it barely being a movie.
Started reading Ghosts of Hiroshima, which James Cameron's first non-Avatar film since Titanic is going to be based on.
