I don't think my mom watches it, but my dad and his partner love Stranger Things. They just did a rewatch before the new season
I always just buy my movie ticket when I get there but I figured I might as well sign up for AMC Stubs. To buy your ticket online you have to pay a service fee and then a convenience fee? Why would anyone put up with that?
One of the reasons online sales have overtaken a lot of physical ones is cheaper prices. Paying more for the same thing doesn't make sense.
I haven't heard anyone talking about Stranger Things in public recently but I've definitely heard ppl talking about Electric State at my local grocery store in all seriousness the two receptionists at my dentist office were talking about Stranger Things, specifically how one of them in fact isn't caught up haha
I am being forced to go to the AMC more often because the best local theater went out of business. Their only redeeming quality is that the popcorn is usually hotter.
feel your pain. had to get a-list after the only regal (not exactly an arthouse theater but whatever) shut down and the nearest amc might be the worst theater in the state, even today
The one that closed had the most screens so it used to be the one that would get smaller movies. Now I have to go all the way to Disney in the middle of holiday season for The Secret Agent.
At the theater today they showed a trailer for a movie called Greenland 2. I don't even remember a Greenland 1.
Greenland 1 has been downloaded on my iPad for about two years now so I can watch it on planes and I am yet to see it.
