I’ve mentioned only her directing credits because those are movies she made. She’s obviously an outstanding actress. And I even said she had great TV work.

And again, not really all that affected by her having an opinion. I don’t care if you hate comic book movies. I probably hate more of them than I like. Just think it’s ridiculous that there’s someone saying the comic book genre is beneath them every week and half of the time the movies they make aren’t even that great either.

Okay sorry, she didn’t actually say those words so that’s fair. I’m more so taking issue with how every single one of these articles are framed that way though. I guess I’m talking shit on her output for no reason when these sites keeping stirring up this shit for clicks and she just gave her opinion. My apologies if I’m not explaining myself well enough. I think mostly everything I’ve said is just being taken the wrong way because I’m an idiot and suck at explaining what I mean.

Also, it's not like Jodie Foster is the only one that's publically said that comic book movies aren't their cup of tea.

David Cronenberg, David Fincher, Francis Ford Coppola, Martin Scorcese, and even Tim Burton have mentioned it before, and they've made good movies.
