It's like a game of telephone, if you keep adapting back and forth between movie and musical, how different is the final version from the original??

 

Huh, just spotted Cillian Murphy in Tron: Legacy. This is like my fifth time seeing it and I had no idea he was in it haha

Happy Lunar New Year. I've been putting on movies all day, so we watched Mulan, Big Hero 6, Moana, and Lilo and Stitch (no obvious theme there, right). Thank you, Disney+.

Ew TJ Miller is in Big Hero 6.

I knew Lin was involved, but I noticed this time around how in Moana the singing carries characteristics similar to Hamilton.

I've seen Lilo and Stitch at least a dozen times now and I'm never tired of it. Best Disney movie ever.

Due to the sad passing of Terry Jones, my local cinema is re-releasing both Monty Python and the Holy Grail and Monty Python's Life of Brian for one night each next month which I cannot wait for as I love them both but never had the chance to see them on the big screen.

 

watched Holy Motors for the first time last night and... I don't even have the words... what a ride

I mean, each of the appointments could have been an incredible film in and of itself.

I'm still trying to digest what I watched. I've seen a lot of strange/art/experimental films but this was one of kind.

 

I haven’t watched it in years but there’s like a dozen visuals that randomly pop up in my mind when I’m not even thinking about it. Everything about it is just astounding.

It's a VERY confusing choice, but with Nat Faxon and Jim Rash behind the wheel, I'm kind of interested
