We saw a couple of episodes of The West Wing in I think it was Gov/Econ

What’s the worst Coen Brothers? The three after O Brother than I’ve never see but also have never even seen people talk about?

 

I haven’t seen them either but probably and also definitely not Big Lebowski!

 

Worst Ive seen is Hudsucker

 

Hudsucker is pretty great though

 

Its pretty good. Just not up to par with their others

 

I thought Hail Cesar was... good, but maybe that is my pick of the ones I have seen

 

It’s The Ladykillers by far. Nothing else comes close, and it would take something truly painful to overthrow it or even make it to Intolerable Cruelty level.

 

Havent seen that one yet actually. I have it too haha

 

Intolerable Cruelty is strange because if you didn’t know they did it, then there’s nothing there to even hint that they did. It looks and feels exactly like any other mildly okay romcom.

That being said, I don’t mind it. Haven’t seen it in like 10-15 years though.

I think IC is worse than ladykillers because it’s so nondescript.

 

I don’t know, nondescript has to be better than a lot of what is said and done in that movie. Like if you can read an in depth plot summary without letting out at least one audible YIKES you are stronger than me. Lol.

Either way they are the bottom two at all times no questions asked.

 

Intolerable Cruelty and Ladykillers back to back are a really rough stretch. Hudsucker Proxy is bad too.

 

Ehhhhhh I disagree pretty hard with that one. Hudsucker absolutely has things to recommend about it; those other two don't, whatsoever.

 

I actually find it much harder to do a top 5 than a bottom 5 for the Coens.
