I just looked it up and it’s been on for a DECADE.

 

Is that the show that like, talks about YouTube videos and memes and stuff?

 

It's basically a way edgier/vulgar America's Funniest Home Videos.

 

Yes, which is part of why I can’t believe there’s still an audience for it.

 

Yeah, I mean... what I just described seems like what 90% of youtube channels do these days, right? haha

 

I enjoyed it when it first came out but that was like 10+ years ago. There are always going to be teenagers/early 20s that like that kind of thing.

Hell, Joel McHale is still funny to me now doing the same shit. I haven't watched Tosh in a long time, but I bet it's still at least kinda funny.

 

I’m just pretty sure most teenagers are watching YouTube and doing things online instead of tuning in to Comedy Central to watch a 40 year old laugh at old memes??

 

I doubt they'd be 10 seasons into a show that didn't get good ratings.

Yeah, either SOMEONE is watching, or comedy central is idiotic for signing another 3 year contract with a failing show.

It's the type of show that they can throw on old episodes during the middle of the day and people will tune in cause it's usually good for a coupla laughs.

 

Do teenagers even watch cable? Lol. It just seems like such a weird mix of demographics to still exist. Ten years ago there was kind of a weird melding of the internet and TV but now they just seem SO separate.

 

I imagine the cable goes on in the background while they skip around to other random shit on YouTube or forums like this on their iPads. Multiple screens and distractions

 

I still watch Tosh.0 every year when it comes on. Its a nice 20 min watch.

I know she’s been accused of stealing jokes (and I’m not sure if it’s true or not) but has Amy Schumer done anything that causes her to get the amount I hate I see for her online? I get there’s misogyny and all that bullshit on the internet, but I feel that she gets way WAY more trash thrown at her than other female comedians. Am I missing something?

 

Is she a "white feminist?" Could that be a reason? Idk I don't pay attention to her.

 

I think you have the very vocal and garbage misogynist crowd who dislike her cause she’s woman and then you have people like me who dislike her cause she’s painfully unfunny
