we both know that’s now how the star system works though. A 3 is a perfectly fine movie that I will probably never watch again. Now a 1-2 with a heart? That’s basically a 5!

 

With grade inflation it can get very political.

 

We used to have that system here 24 years ago. 70 and up was a D and so on. It would never fly here today.

A 3 is so amorphous for me. There are clearly movies here (West Side Story) that I watched and enjoyed but have since grown on me a ton. There are others, like Hamilton or Game Night, that I thought were fine and have since soured a bit.
