The earliest iconic superheroes aren't too far away. Superman's first comic appearances enter public domain in ten years, with Batman, Captain America, Wonder Woman, etc., soon after.

Anyone with a shred of taste rightfully avoided “Winnie The Pooh: Blood and Honey.” We can sidestep “Steamboat Willie’s Murder Rampage” or whatever nonsense they’ll do. The good thing is Disney’s losing some of their grip.

Probably be one of countless hacks writing mediocre cape shit with public domain superheroes!

One of the first things Superman does in the first couple issues of Action Comics is grab some, like, politician or whatever who’s profiting off a war, and drag him overseas to have to fight in his own war. (He also beats up a domestic abuser.) I’m sure there will still be lots of relevant uses for that Superman in 2034.

  16. Never walked out of a movie and probably wouldn’t barring an actual emergency. I hate not finishing things I’ve started, even at home.
