These can be funny, but a lot of the time it just feels like watching cinemasins with a comedic spin. Certainly not as obnoxious as that, but it's similar nitpicky criticism. The difference is it's not taking itself that seriously as an actual review.

 

I remember watching the first season of this show. It was pretty bad. Choosing to make the Rock's character a financial advisor instead of a sports agent seemed like such a weird decision. I remember there being a ton of dialogue dedicated to helping the viewer understand the difference between the two occupations.

 

Like in Entourage when they always had to explain the difference between a manager and agent.

 

Just going back to the Siskel & Ebert conversation.

One of my favorite things about Ebert was that he wasn't shy of injecting his own personal experience into his film reviews. If he related to a film on a personal level he would tell the story of why. Like for example Ebert loved Almost Famous because he himself was a teenage journalist, and he wrote about how much he related to how the other older characters treated the younger naive main character.

 

I noticed that on the McDonald's bag and was so confused

maybe if they paid their cups and bags more there wouldn't be a strike

 

I miss when McDonalds signs kept track of how many hamburgers they had sold.

 

I miss when McDonald's had a dollar menu. A McDouble and McChicken are now like $4 each

Used to be able to get a mcgangbang for $2!

 

My roommate offered to get us McDonald's for lunch today but I vetoed in favor of Burger King because it is so much cheaper.

 

McDonald's has a 2 for $4 deal and Burger King has a 2 for $5 deal but I haven't tried Burger King's and also we have In n Out here so...

 

Growing up I would get chicken nuggets on Fridays and collect the Space Jam happy meal toys. I haven't eaten at McDonalds in at least 15 years now

 

Burger King is garbo

 

Burger King is the worst of the big fast food burger chains. Though the impossible whopper is decent.

 

It’s a toss up between BK and Jack

 

BK used to be great. Chicken fries and onion rings were my go-to

 

I love this

 

I will go the rest of my life never eating burger king or jack in the box again

 

BK stinks

 

McDonald’s app is a game changer. So many good deals.
