Been thinking about this with the music industry as well. The musicians union doesn’t do anything for the everyday gigging musician. I’m not really sure what it would take or even what it would look like but it feels like nobody cares about you if you aren’t on TV or in a movie score session

I was watching the CBS morning show and they had Simon Pegg on to promote MI: Dead Reckoning. I was pissed until I realized it was an in studio pre-tape.

He did make a great point about AI. " AI can write scripts but it is going to be mediocre rubbish. All AI can do is aggregate. AI never experienced childhood trauma, AI never had a terrible heartbreak. It can't replicate the things that great art comes from"

I wonder if actors and writers will start collabing on creative projects to get the word out and raise money for people in the industry. Like YouTube plays, live shows, podcasts, ect.

It’s incredible that he didn’t say the title in that tweet. To be fair, it’s in the next tweet. But to bash Max for not advertising properly for it and to not get the title out there themselves is hilarious.

Has anyone else ever had a moment where they realize a character from a movie they haven't seen in forever was played by a completely different actor that what they remember? I thought forever the dad from Beetlejuice was played by Michael McKean, I just found out it was Jeffrey Jones.
