I guess Emmy voting opens up next week. Here is Variety's predictions.

Nothing too surprising. They got Succession, Abbott, Dahmer, Kieran, Quinta, Snook, JAW, Peters, Chastain.

They do think Harrison Ford is taking his emmy for supporting actor in a comedy.

 

I know Succession is probably going to sweep up, but after watching Better Call Saul get shut out during awards season over and over, I'm done with the Emmys. After 46 nominations and 0 wins, I'm calling bullshit on that. I will never take any of their noms serious again if BCS doesn't walk away with something here at the end.

 

Sane people lost interest in the Emmy’s years ago

 

I am calling it after season 2 of The Bear, A24's The Iron Claw, and his likely Emmy win , JAW is going to be a bonafide A Lister on the level of a Chalamet by 2024.

 

i don't think he'll get that high but i do think he'll land a primo movie shortly after that and be huge/probably a tier below chalamet and driver

 

Sooo kinda like the tier Austin Butler currently seems to be on? Or kinda like the tier Rami Malek was at a few years ago before he dropped off a little bit?

 

Also you know a JAW in the MCU casting is coming eventually. Please let it be Human Torch in the new FF movie.

 

God please keep him outta the MCU

 

there's basically a cast in set with another guy in this crop that has another huge movie on the horizon that might end up bigger than any of these guys, but it's also rumored the cast would be too $$$ and marvel is pinching pennies lol

 

and yeah i think the butler comparison is fair

 

I rather him not be in the MCU too, but at this point that would be like trying to stop the waves or trying to stop the wind. It is going to happen if you want it or not so get used to the idea lol
