22 jump street and neighbors 2 were both good. I don’t see dodgeball 2 working, most of those early 2000s comedies need to stay there

 

Comedy sequels rarely work even when the release dates are close to each other. The only comedies I can think that surpass the originals are 22 Jump Street, Wayne’s World 2 and Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me.
