Not just film related, but a lot of times on Twitter a lot of people will be referencing an article or tweet but there is no link to the original. You have to work backwards to figure out what everyone is talking about.

 

Sounds like Twitter may be… a waste of everyone’s time.

Twitter has its problems and it has gotten a lot worse since Musk took over but it is still the best social media platform. Facebook is all ads and bad spelling, Instagram is boring and superficial, and Snapchat is rarely used by older people. Twitter has a lot of film talk and actual leftist politics to follow.

 

I used twitter for about two months in 2005 and never again, absolutely the worst social media platform, no contest

I got our family banned from AOL for rolling dice in a chat room. It was probably the angriest my parents had been with me at the time.

 

I used to collect the free AOL CDs they would mail out, I had so many

“Movies should be initially released exclusively to theaters whenever possible” is such an obvious strategy, lol; so wild that studios tricked themselves into thinking otherwise.

 

The local theater is showing The Big Lebowski this weekend and I want to go but is that the type of movie where loud people quote all the lines and ruin the movie?
