I just want to complain real quick about how Rotten Tomatoes gave this magnificent movie a 38%. This movie was my childhood, my absolute favorite next to Little Nemo. Anyone else?

What’s even worse than RT’s score is that there’s a percentage of people our age who didn’t/doesn’t know it even exists. My wife being one of them. I made her watch it a couple years ago finally. I was raised on the west coast and she was raised on the east coast. Maybe geography has something to do with it. Who knows? Fantastic movie though, either way.

Sometimes the media that we loved as a kid isn't universal or critically adored, lol. Doesn't need to be a beloved masterpiece to be beloved by you.

In my home as a kid, Hook was a very big deal, especially with my brother.
