I watched Signs last weekend for the first time in 20 years and was so surprised to see him in that scene, lol.

 

Doing a Jackie Chan deep dive. Have never seen anything other than the Rush Hours and that one western he did in the 2000's.

Police Story is an action-comedy masterpiece. Every single scene has a brilliant stunt gag. Jackie is clearly studied tons of Buster Keaton.

 

Now I’m intrigued. I’ll check it out.

TIL that the opening scene of Bad Boys II is pretty much a straight up rip off of the opening scene of Police Story. Michael Bay is such a hack lmao.

I fall asleep during midday movies. At night I am usually fine.

 

Whenever my wife and I stay up late (past 10) we always say “we’re so young!” Haha

 

I stayed up til 1 every night til I had a kid, now it's 10/10:30

 

I fall asleep around 2-3 on work nights and 5-6am on weekends

 

In bed by 8:30 on weeknights after I put the kiddos down. Fri and Sat I’m usually up til 11

 

My nights just getting started at 8:30 during the week

Plane was an entertaining movie. Paced very strangely with an anticlimactic ending, but the rest was decent. I will watch Ship and Bike and Train and Blimp.

 

I’m seeing it tomorrow by myself for Valentine’s Day lol
