That Thing You Do is a great example

 

Not sure if Popstar counts, but those songs are incredible.

 

I’m not sure if this really works with the question, but all the songs in Sing Street really capture the joy of discovering making music with your friends and experiencing it as a viable emotional outlet for the first time

 

The songs in Walk Hard would have been hits in their respective eras.

 

Drive it Like You Stole It has no business being as good as it is

 

That Thing You Do, A Goofy Movie, Sing Street, and Once all have such fantastic songs. Good answers in here!

 

I honestly barely even like that song. It’s fun but all the others from the movie connected more for me

 

Springtime for Hitler is as hilarious as the audience recognizes it to be

 

Just watched Barry Lyndon for the first time. Probably the most fun I have had watching a Kubrick movie. No clue why this one doesn't get talked about outside of film nerd circles.

 

It's an almost 3 hour period film. Much less catchy.

 

Being a period piece distracts people from the fact that it’s the funniest Kubrick film. If it were made today then Paul Rudd would probably be my first choice to play Barry

People were trying to re-evaluate The Matrix sequels last year and it was a very concerning time.

My girlfriend and her brother love the movie Camp Nowhere because of this. I had never heard of it until we started dating.
