I've been way more into shows than movies this year so I've only watched 20 or so that came out this year but these are easily my favs from what I've seen. Nothing out of the ordinary:

• Everything Everywhere...
• The Batman
• Barbarian
• Nope
• The Northman

 

Mad God is my favourite that I haven't seen mentioned yet, highly recommend for anyone into dark/weird/stop motion shit.

I haven't seen the film yet but there has been a little bit of backlash against it recently. I have been warning about the A24 cult for a while, though.
