My opinions on what movies to watch are never based on actors/actresses. If the synopsis sounds interesting and trailer looks decent enough I'm good

 

the Jumanji trailer looked fine, people get so extra about that stuff, the worst is when they say their childhood was ruined nope the things you loved as a kid still existed and people actually have their childhood ruined by trauma and tragedy not a fucking movie

 

Lmao I just watched the trailer and it's exactly what I pictured in my head. I'll definitely watch it.

 

The score for the movie Hook is fantastic. Currently using John Williams' scores as part of an analysis project for uni. Was gonna use Rey's Theme from TFA, but chose a song from Hook instead.

Forgot how incredible the music from this movie is.

 

The Jumanji trailer played in front of Spider-Man and my theater was loving it. My friend turned to me, gave me 2 thumbs up, and said "That looks ridiculous, we have to see it."

 

Barry Jenkins' next feature film will be adaptation of James Baldwin's 'If Beale Street Could Talk'
