I bought The Wrestler on Blu-ray like 3 years ago and I've never gotten around to watching it.

 

The Wrestler is the only movie I have seen four times in a theater. There are a lot of flaws that I recognize now but the central performance is still amazing.

 

i really cannot stand that movie

 

It’s a really great movie

 

Really need to rewatch it. I liked it a lot at the time, but I think I’d appreciate it a lot more now.

I put a lot of time into the Munsters as a kid. It's crazy how much mileage you can get out of one joke.

The movie isn't really something that I would be into one way or another, but I am pretty exhausted by internet discourse just willing and ready to tear and meme-ify anything apart the moment it exists.

A friend asked me to see an anime movie called The Deer King and Fathom dropped the ball again. The aspect ratio was wrong and then it wasn't focused enough to where you couldn't even see the subtitles. They botched The Thing last month but at least that was just a revival screening. It is a remarkable lack of professionalism.
