I got it in one and I've never seen the movie

 

I don’t like the idea of a Friday prequel, but I do love Vince Staples so I’m torn.

I don't know how far along he is but David Milch has dementia and it worries me to see him potentially being used like this.

While you could always watch other shows and movies after their original release, losing that timeliness makes it easier to put it in some sort of queue and just forget about it altogether. I know I am guilty of having some movies just sitting on my external drive, waiting for me to get around to them.

 

It also doesn't help that it's on Paramount+

 

I was gonna say, I don't know a single person with Paramount+.

 

To their credit, I feel like I've seen a good amount of promos for Halo. So it seems like they're at least trying to get people to watch.

 

But the cost of a streaming service per month is comparable to a movie ticket, and you are getting all of their movies and shows for a month. It isn't that big of a barrier to get people to watch a show based on one of the biggest video game franchises of all time. I remember kids in high school even reading the books.

 

A Halo show would have been huge 10 years ago, me and all my friends were obsessed with it but I don't know anyone who's played the latest game. I personally couldn't care less about a Halo show.

 

Has there even been a new Halo game since Halo 3? Honestly asking because I have no idea and I am sure there's many many many people like me.
