Oh man I find Corden way more tolerable than Fallon, but they both suck. Behind the scenes, Corden sounds like a monster, though.

 

It’s tough, if we take the recent revelations about Fallon’s connection to the allegations against Horatio Sanz, he may be worse than Corden. But Corden is also extremely bad.

 

it was the flirting with trump for me. and corden won some points with coming out against the ECL when that debacle happened. but cats is a war crime.

 

None of the late night hosts are good or funny. Maybe John Oliver, but he's a bit different. I think I've said this somewhere before on the forum, but it's a dying format in a world where people would rather watch TikTok videos (which is frankly understandable).

 

Seth Meyers is great imo

 

Amber Ruffin rules too

Fallon annoyingly seems to think everything is funny, but Corden seems to know he isn’t funny yet tries so hard to be entertaining anyway

 

yeah seth is good. a lot of the british ones are so much better

 

Corden was also fighting to pay his writers less

 

My favorite is John Oliver if he counts, but if not I’d say Seth is decent and Colbert is alright (but not as good as his previous show). I’m pretty sure Seth paid his staff all throughout the pandemic with his own money which is cool. Kimmel can be okay sometimes but more often than not I dislike him.

I’ve heard good things about Graham Norton but I’ve never watched his show before.

 

John Oliver is kind of annoying. Craig Ferguson is the most annoying though.

Graham Norton is probably the best. The panel of guests all at once make it feel more like a big conversation rather than an interview. He also gives them alcohol lol

Craig was the funniest late night host I've seen, and he was a class act with the Britney Spears criticisms

 

he also fucked with the format the most in the most interesting ways
