what is this “nap” you mention

 

An after-work nap is an essential part of living. Go home, turn down the air conditioning, start watching a podcast or interview that is a little too smart for me, and then wake up refreshed.

 

if i did that i simply wouldn’t sleep at all that night. i’d rather get 7 or 8 hours at night and not nap then nap for an hour and sleep 3 hours at night.

 

Same. The only day I allow myself to nap is Saturday when I need more energy to watch a movie at night lol

 

I keep my place set at 64. I love it cold.

I only get about 4 hours at night. I started doing it when I had to wake up at 5 for a job and it just stuck.

 

That sounds great but it would be so expensive. 72 is cold to me after growing up in a home that kept it at 78.

 

I don't think our electric bill is that bad, It's around $120 a month!

 

I take a lunch nap now that I work from home. Love it.

 

i keep it at 68-70. i work too hard/much to be uncomfortable at home.

 

You shouldn't nap for a whole hour. Just like 20min

 

That’s why lunch naps are perfect. I nap for 20 minutes tops and feel refreshed.
