wolf of wall street is the best comedy of the last decade

 

It is up there.

 

quaalude lamborghini scene is iconic. truly perfect.

 

I don't find anything about greed to be funny. More of a horror movie if you ask me

 

It’s a dark comedy, but I also wouldn’t frame it as a comedy per se

 

I'm joking, I'd say it's a comedy.

If 2010 counts, MacGruber and Jackass 3. If not, Wanderlust.

We've been in a rut for true classic comedy films of the past decade. There are great comedy films (Edge of Seventeen, Love Simon, Good Boys, Everybody Wants Some, Final Girls, Kings of Summer, Beach Bum) but none are consistently laugh out loud funny like MacGruber or Step Brothers. The "funniest" out of those might honestly be Good Boys

Wolf is the better film but MacGruber and Jackass 3 are absolutely funnier

 

Phantom Thread might be funnier

 

The Nice Guys is a great comedy.

Haven’t seen it since it came out but I remember being extremely disappointed by They Came Together

 

Broke: Twin Peaks The Return is a movie

Woke: WHAS First Day of Camp is a movie

 

Three Billboards was really funny.

 

Thats the Other Guys, not Nice Guys

(the Other Guys is probably my favorite comedy of the 2010’s)

 

The Other Guys is great and one of Ferrell's funniest films

It's absolutely underrated.

Also love that they got Michael Keaton in that. Dude was hilarious

 

Michael Keaton needs to be in more stuff.
