No it is one of the classics. The Mexican standoff is so audacious.

I just wonder why it took you so long. What is next? Citizen Kane? The Godfather? Psycho?

I bought the Trilogy set maybe 10 years ago and half watched the first as an immature idiot. It was fine but I was not immediately blown away, so for whatever reason I put off this one. I realized I probably don’t need to see the first two in order to appreciate this

Always do the right thing. Supporter

I was blown away by the Good the Bad and the Ugly when I first saw it. That and Citizen Kane were maybe the first two most powerful canon films that I knew everyone said were brilliant but I hadn't seen and when I saw them I was like "yeah I absolutely get it".

Watched Citizen Kane when I was younger and thought it was cool but wasn’t blown away or anything. Just rewatched it a couple months ago and was like yeah this is clearly one of the best

Back in the days of Neftlix-by-mail, they had a personalized ranking of the most recommended movies. The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly was a perfect 5 star predicted recommendation for me. It was not wrong.

Citizen Kane took more time to appreciate.

I've been taught a lot of Hitchcock but never actually seen any of his non-TV work all the way through.
